REMOTE DEPOSITION VIA ZOOM
When a remote deposition is scheduled in Florida, an online court reporter is also required.
The deponent must be sworn in, each speaker identified, and every single spoken word taken down and transcribed.
In order to produce an accurate legal transcript via Zoom, the Florida court reporter must have the training and qualifications for the state; plus, the equipment.
